The EPAC Director of Training sits on the BOC as an EPAC representative. He is a permanent member of the Board.

Advisory Board Members are appointed by the President and serve concurrently with the term of the appointing President. The President may appoint up to three Advisory Board members with voting rights without BOC approval and may fill vacancies as they occur. Advisory Board Members shall be selected to complement the overall experience, skills, and qualifications of the BOC to ensure the Board as a whole maintains comprehensive knowledge and professionalism in the field of auditing, seminars and conferences.
