The purpose of the Public Safety Auditors Association (PSAA), is to be the primary, dependent, supporting professional association attached to Elite Performance Assessment Consultants, LLC (EPAC), whose mission is to provide global leadership in increasing the knowledge, skills, abilities, and professionalism of auditors in the public safety sector of government, private, and academia service. It is to serve those responsible for governance, enforcement, and administrative advancement of education, and provide the necessary resources to enhance the professionalism of its members.

The Association is dedicated to the development and promotion of the practice of auditing, inspecting, and investigating by providing its members with the resources, information, and leadership that will enable them to provide valuable services in the highest professional manner to benefit themselves, their clients, their employers, the public, the country, and the international public safety community.
